Employee Experience Diagnostic
This tool is designed to help you diagnose your organization’s employee experience across the talent lifecycle — from attraction and onboarding to growth, leadership, culture, and change. It is an opportunity to reflect on where your organization is today and where design improvements and innovation will further strengthen organizational performance and retention.
What to expect
- 1You will rate each area using simple, consistent scales that assess impact, modernity, and uniqueness.
- 2Each category includes brief statements to prompt your assessment.
- 3We encourage you to add comments as you go to capture the insights and observations that get sparked by the statements.
- 4The diagnostic typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete.
You will receive a summary report upon completing the diagnostic. We encourage you to use it as a starting point for engaging colleagues and business leaders in meaningful discussions about how to further enhance the Employee Experience.
If you would like others in your organization to complete the survey, we can analyze and aggregate the responses to provide a broader organizational view.
